Job summary

Abri in Yeovil is recruiting a Housing Support Partner to join our team on a permanent basis for 22.5 hours per week. You will focus on the wellbeing of customers, supporting them through their tenancy and ensuring homes are safe and well managed.

You will engage with customers, handle housing-related support needs, and work with colleagues to resolve issues, taking ownership of a caseload and helping customers feel heard and supported.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of customers with housing-related needs, engaging with them to ensure voices are heard.
• Help customers with tenancy issues and maintain safety and high standards in homes.
• Communicate assertively and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
