RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a personable Sales Coordinator for a part-time role (16 hours/week) to support the Commercial Team across Hotel Indigo Dundee and Staybridge Suites Dundee.

You will handle inquiries, proposals and client communications, build relationships with local businesses, and coordinate show rounds and campaigns while working alongside Reservations, Revenue and Operations teams.

Formación

• We recruit for personality and potential as much as experience.
• Hospitality, sales or events experience is advantageous but not essential; full training provided.
• You will be friendly, confident and enjoy speaking to people.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Director of Sales and wider Commercial Team across both hotels.
• Respond to and follow up corporate, meeting, event and group enquiries.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales correspondence.
• Speak with existing and prospective clients by telephone and email.
• Research local businesses, projects, events and opportunities.
• Coordinate client appointments, hotel show rounds and familiarisation visits.
• Maintain accurate sales records and client information.
• Coordinate sales campaigns and seasonal activity.
• Support local account development and relationship building.
• Liaise with Reservations, Revenue, F&B and Operations to share information.
• Assist with general sales administration and timely follow-ups.
• Represent both hotels professionally when communicating with clients.
