Job summary

Scotsman Hospitality in St Andrews is seeking a Sales & Lettings Coordinator to drive end-to-end sales of student accommodation. You will market properties, conduct viewings, convert leads to bookings, and manage a live sales pipeline while coordinating with the marketing team to raise brand visibility.

The role requires weekend and evening work and living in the Fife area. Impeccable communication, negotiation, and Microsoft Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar role.
• Influencing skills and ability to persuade.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel).
• Strong internet and web confidence.
• Good organisational skills and time management.
• Resident in the Fife area due to on-site Saint Andrews base.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process end to end.
• Market accommodation via portals and agent listings.
• Conduct viewings and property inspections.
• Convert prospects into bookings to hit leasing targets.
• Plan daily activities to maximise bookings.
• Onboard clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Analyse customer insights, market trends and marketing best practices.
• Handle objections and provide after-sales service.
• Project manage marketing photo staging.
• Create adverts on social channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Collaborate with Marketing to build the brand.
• Weekend and evening work will be required.
