RBH invites applications for a Part-Time Sales Coordinator supporting two IHG brands—Hotel Indigo Dundee and Staybridge Suites Dundee. You’ll assist a broad range of sales activities, nurture existing clients, identify opportunities, and ensure enquiries and sales follow-ups are handled promptly.

The role focuses on building relationships, coordinating with operations and commercial teams, and delivering friendly, professional service. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Be friendly, confident and enjoy speaking to people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Be organised with good attention to detail.
• Have a positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• Be comfortable communicating by telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Have good general IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Support the Director of Sales with reactive sales activity.
• Respond to and follow up corporate, meeting, event and group enquiries.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales correspondence.
• Speak with existing and prospective clients by telephone and email.
• Research local businesses, projects, events and potential new opportunities.
• Support client appointments, hotel showrounds and familiarisation visits.
• Maintain accurate sales records and client information.
• Help coordinate sales campaigns and seasonal activity.
• Support local account development and relationship building.
• Liaise with Reservations, Revenue, Food & Beverage and Operations teams to ensure information is communicated effectively.
• Assist with general sales administration and timely follow-ups.
