Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd. is seeking a Part-time HR Coordinator to join Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites in Dundee. You will coordinate culture, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and systems to support a positive employee experience across the hotel.

Your role includes maintaining records, running training and supporting managers with probation, absence, performance and disciplinary matters in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Contract: 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruitment, training, employee engagement or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for people, culture and creating a positive employee experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Champion the hotel's culture, values and behaviours across all departments.
• Develop and deliver colleague engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, wellbeing activities and team events.
• Manage the hotel's engagement calendar, including celebrations, community initiatives and events.
• Coordinate recruitment activity across the hotel, working with hiring managers to attract and select talent.
• Deliver a welcoming onboarding experience and ensure tools, training and support are provided.
• Provide first-line HR and people administration support and maintain confidential records.
• Maintain training records and monitor mandatory training completion.
• Maintain employee information across HR, payroll and learning systems.
• Coordinate monthly payroll administration and resolve payroll queries.
