Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd in Dundee is seeking a Part-Time Sales Coordinator to support our Commercial Team across Hotel Indigo Dundee and Staybridge Suites Dundee. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will build relationships with existing clients, respond to enquiries, and help coordinate proposals, quotations and sales activity across two IHG brands.

This role offers 16 hours per week with a competitive salary package, RBH hotel discounts, wellbeing support and development

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Sales with reactive sales activity.
• Respond to and follow up corporate, meeting, event and group enquiries.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales correspondence.
• Talk with existing and prospective clients by telephone and email.
• Research local businesses and potential opportunities.
• Coordinate client appointments and hotel showrounds.
