Job summary

Landau Ltd is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Telford on a part-time, on-site basis. The role focuses on supporting learning, wellbeing and inclusion while delivering high-quality, differentiated sessions for learners, including those with EHCPs. You will work closely with a driven delivery team to support a wide range of qualifications and assessments.

Salary ranges from £25,956 to £27,578.25 per year. Closing date is 04 November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development and delivery of a high quality, responsive programme of study for diverse learners including those with EHCPs
• Participate in promotion and recruitment to the programme, undertake initial assessments, tasters and learner induction
• Deliver engaging sessions, supporting learners to achieve qualifications including ASDAN Employability, PSD, Maths and English Functional Skills
• Devise and tailor session plans and resources to meet differentiated learner needs and course objectives
• Assess and monitor learners with EHCPs to support outcomes and contribute to reviews with families and multi-agency teams
• Undertake regular progress reviews and assessments to track learner progress and inform learning plans
• Direct and manage Learning Support Assistants to ensure effective teaching and learning delivery
• Prepare learners for external exams or assessments and provide constructive feedback to secure success
