Job summary

Warren Mead Infant and Junior School Partnership and Cuddington Croft Primary School are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and inclusive teams. The HLTA will help deliver planned lessons, support learning, and contribute to a safe, engaging learning environment across the two schools within the GLF cluster.

Start date as soon as possible; FTE salary £28,009–£30,517, pro rata £9,036–£9,845; hours 13.5 per week over two days; closing date 1 November 2026;

Qualifications

• Hold a HLTA qualification.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• Hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning.
• Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across Warren Mead Infant & Junior and Cuddington Croft Primary School.
• Deliver planned lessons and provide PPA cover across nursery provision.
• Maintain pupil records and contribute to classroom planning.
• Support safeguarding and create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
