Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Guest Services Host at Clarks Village to create a positive, safe, and memorable experience for guests and colleagues. You will maintain a warm, empathetic and professional approach, assist visitors with information about the centre and local area, and respond to enquiries across face-to-face, telephone and email channels.

Role includes daily duties such as lost and found, Shop Mobility, and encouraging visitor feedback while working indoors and outdoors across seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in basic English.
• Must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
• Comfort with using radios and other comms tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information about the centre and local area.
• Answer guest enquiries via face-to-face, telephone and email.
• Support daily operations including lost and found and Shop Mobility.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and report issues as needed.
