Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is recruiting a temporary Guest Services Host for Braintree Village Shopping Centre. This role covers 6 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour and reporting to the Guest Services Supervisors.

You will welcome guests, assist retailers and visitors, handle enquiries, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment across indoor and outdoor areas of the Centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to work in evenings and weekends as required.
• Flexible to adapt to indoor and outdoor Centre environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests, retailers, contractors, and colleagues.
• Provide information about the Centre, retailers, services, events, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest enquiries via face-to-face interactions, telephone, and email.
• Encourage guest engagement and feedback through campaigns.
• Take ownership of guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints and resolve them promptly.
• Support the delivery of centre events, promotions, and seasonal activities.
