Job summary

Braintree Village is seeking a Guest Services Host to welcome guests, assist retailers and colleagues, and act as an ambassador for the centre.

You will provide information about the centre, respond to enquiries across channels, and help ensure a safe, engaging environment while supporting events and promotions.

This temporary, part-time role offers flexible hours and a dynamic, customer-focused team committed to memorable guest experiences.

• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Braintree Village, confidently providing information about the Centre, retailers, services, events, and local attractions.
• Respond professionally to guest enquiries through a variety of channels, including face-to-face interactions.
• Encourage guest engagement and feedback through initiatives such as Made You Smile and other guest experience campaigns.
• Take ownership of guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring they are resolved effectively and efficiently.
• Support the successful delivery of centre events, promotions, and seasonal activities.
