Ginns & Gutteridge Funeral Directors in Leicester is seeking a Funeral Service Specialist (Level One) on a part-time basis. You will lead the branch day-to-day, support families, and coordinate ceremonial duties with training provided.

The role offers empathetic service, attention to detail and opportunities to grow within Life Services Group. You will work with local communities and suppliers to deliver dignified end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Empathy and compassion in sensitive situations.
• Experience in customer service or admin is beneficial (training provided).
• Strong communication and organisational skills, capable with legal paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Support families with empathy, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Arrange funerals meeting family wishes, with cultural and legal requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including administration and presentation.
• Build relationships with suppliers, care homes and local groups.
