Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is looking for a Forecourt Attendant at our New Uddingston SEAT branch in Glasgow. The role is customer-facing, with duties including handling fuel and shop transactions, ensuring safety on the forecourt, and keeping the area tidy and well presented.

The position offers a 40-hour week on a rota basis across weekdays and weekends, with opportunities for training and progression within a supportive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-friendly approach and professional conduct.
• Accurate cash and card payments processing.
• Ability to monitor forecourt safety and pump area.
• Keep shop, forecourt tidy and well presented.
• Replenish stock and ensure product availability.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a friendly, professional and helpful manner.
• Process fuel and shop transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Monitor the forecourt and fuel pumps to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep the petrol station, shop and forecourt areas clean and well presented.
• Replenish stock and help maintain product availability.
