Qualifications

• Prior experience in a finance support, finance assistant, or similar role.
• Exposure to Amazon, D2C, or B2B channels is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently across 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly reconciliation of cash accounts.
• Produce and deliver weekly reporting of trade deductions.
• Support with journal creation and posting.
• Assist with Capex tracking and reporting.
• Provide month-end support to ensure deadlines are met.
