Job summary

Pearson VUE in Bristol is seeking a part-time Test Centre Administrator to support test delivery and customer service at our centres. The role involves welcoming candidates, verifying IDs, proctoring exams, and ensuring secure testing conditions, with willingness to work Saturdays on a 2-in-4 rotation and 8.25 hours per week.

The position is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, paying £13.60 per hour, with monthly arrears.

Qualifications

• School qualifications in English and Maths.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Comply with exams testing security and procedures and follow policies.
• Verify personal identification documents and explain exam rules.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to resolve technical issues in the Test Centre.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
