CVS Vets in Salisbury is seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator with knowledge of horses to join Endell Equine Hospital on a part-time basis. The role includes answering phones, booking appointments, registering clients and handling payments, with light dispensing as needed.

You will provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and support efficient diary management. Hours are 8–16 per week, Monday–Friday 08:00–17:30, with shifts spread across days.

Qualifikationen

• Previous receptionist experience is essential; veterinary/equine experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a busy practice environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong empathy when dealing with clients.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones and book appointments.
• Logistical planning of vets' diaries.
• Respond to queries via phone, in person and email.
• Register new clients and handle account queries and payments.
• Complete insurance forms and assist with dispensing medications.
• Take payments and ensure a warm, welcoming experience for clients.
