Freedom Leisure in Worcester is seeking a Duty Manager to lead our front-line team, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and facility cleanliness, and to support daily operations across a 37-hour rota. You will develop staff, manage customer issues, and participate in budgeting and performance reviews.

Full training is provided, with opportunities for career progression within our charity leisure trust.

Formación

• Experience in problem solving, customer service and staff management.
• Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role.
• Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and make decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage and develop and motivate a team of operational staff.
• Oversee day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to high standards.
• Contribute to and understand centre business and budgetary performance.
• Be proactive as a member of the leisure centre team.
• Demonstrate passion for the industry and engage in continuous professional development.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage staff.
