Qualifications

• Organised, methodical administration and record-keeping.
• Outgoing, proactive and capable of building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high profile around the development and office and check residents in line with requirements.
• Carry out daily safety checks, maintain records, and supervise contractors across communal areas.
• Ensure works are raised, progress tracked, and signed off on completion.
• Support formation of a Residents Association and organise social activities.
• Build links with residents’ families, local authorities and health services as required.
