• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office suite.
• Awareness of practice income streams and claims processes (PCSE, CQRS).
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and organisational abilities.

• Lead the HR function, including staffing within budget, motivation, development and induction.
• Oversee finance, budget control, payroll information and pensions.
