Five Bells - Harvester is seeking a part-time Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in running the site and inspiring the team to deliver memorable guest experiences. The role focuses on leading by example and driving service excellence across food and hospitality.

You will contribute to staff development, uphold brand standards, and help achieve business goals while enjoying the benefits of Mitchells & Butlers’ employee programs and discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a team and delivering consistent guest service.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to meet service standards.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and maintaining a positive guest experience.
