Five Bells - Harvester is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a busy hospitality team. You will train staff, drive guest satisfaction and mentor colleagues to reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to create WOW moments that keep guests returning.
