Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager at The Fountain - Harvester in Milton Keynes to support the General Manager with daily operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You will train staff, develop individuals, and strive to deliver moments that make guests feel welcome and eager to return.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Ability to train and inspire staff.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
