Job summary

Harvester in Milton Keynes is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a team to deliver excellent guest experiences. You will mentor staff, drive performance, and model the standards that make our diners feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business as Duty Manager when required.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
