Job summary

Harvester - Five Bells in Basildon is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and to act as Duty Manager when the GM is not available.

You will train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, drink and service, lead development, and ensure moments that WOW our guests, encouraging repeat visits and strong guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop front-line teams.
• Flexible to cover shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver excellent food, drink and service.
• Lead by example to wow guests and drive loyalty.
