Job summary

Harvester is recruiting a Shift Supervisor at the Five Bells site to welcome guests and lead a team with warmth and confidence. You’ll oversee service during your shift, delegate tasks and model excellent hospitality to keep guests returning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams.
• Proven ability to train staff and maintain service standards.
• Strong customer service mindset and welcoming attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations, hosting guests and guiding the team.
• Lead shifts and set a positive example for staff.
• Coach and train team members on service and procedures.
