Griffin - Harvester in Taunton is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead the team and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team in hospitality or a similar setting.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high standards of service.
• Proven capability to support a General Manager and run daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when required.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests and keep them coming back.
