Five Bells - Harvester (Mitchells & Butlers PLC) is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead and train the team, and model the standards that keep guests delighted and returning.

You will motivate staff, mentor individuals to be their best, and contribute to a memorable guest experience at a well-loved family-friendly venue. Join a company known for progression and great team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in hospitality or retail settings.
• Strong communication and training skills for empowering staff.
• Ability to motivate and guide team to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
