Our client in Swindon is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the team on a part-time permanent basis. You will welcome customers visiting the dealership and deliver outstanding service, building rapport, identifying needs quickly and assisting as required.

Key duties include greeting visitors, directing to service, parts and sales, managing calls and messages, providing refreshments, and handling showroom administration. A smart appearance and strong telephone manner are essential.

Qualifications

• Highly organized individual with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent computer skills and must be trained on Excel.
• Smart appearance and professional telephone manner.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Driving licence preferable.

Responsibilities
