Dick Lovett is seeking a Receptionist for BMW Swindon to greet customers and handle enquiries across Sales, Service and Parts. This six-month fixed-term role may be full-time or part-time (3 days/24 hours per week) and covers BMW and MINI dealerships in Swindon. A customer-facing background and smart appearance are essential.

You will manage calls, direct visitors, and support administrative tasks while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role for at least one year.
• Ability to be confident, professional and well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone politely and efficiently.
• Deal with enquiries and redirect calls as appropriate.
• Provide a friendly and helpful reception experience.
• Greet customers and notify relevant departments of arrivals.
• Assist with general administrative or stocking duties.
• Ensure displays and refreshment areas are clean and stocked.
• Provide support to BMW and MINI dealerships.
