Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Belfast is hiring a Customer Support professional to assist customers face-to-face across Halifax branches. You’ll deliver reassurance and guidance during important moments, promote digital services, and help customers manage online and mobile banking while adapting to diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• You’ll be honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances.
• The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face support to customers in branches.
• Assist with bereavement, fraud concerns, and support vulnerable customers.
• Promote digital banking and help customers use online and mobile banking independently.
• Help connect customers with the right products and services.
