Lloyds Banking Group Customer Support - Darlington is a part-time role based in our branches, supporting customers face-to-face and guiding them with banking tasks and digital services.

You will work Mon to Fri 9:00-16:00 with 3 in 4 Saturdays, starting with a salary of £23,850 and increasing to £24,255 after six months. The role emphasizes empathy, calmness under pressure and helping customers through important moments.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' customer service experience.

Responsibilities
