Job summary

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment is seeking a part-time Customer Supply Chain Administrator in Chirk to process orders, respond to enquiries, and maintain records within a busy supply chain and customer-service team.

You will coordinate with manufacturing partners, ensure accurate pricing and invoicing, and uphold quality and service standards while contributing to a friendly, supportive work environment. This role offers weekly pay, ongoing training, and a pathway to permanency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within administration, customer service, supply chain, or an office-based environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in order processing or supply chain administration would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
• Professional and customer-focused approach to resolving issues and enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and invoices through the company's in-house ordering system, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, credit limits, and financial controls.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a professional and efficient service at all times.
• Liaise with manufacturing partners regarding orders, acknowledgements, and customer requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing effective solutions and ensuring issues are followed through to completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Follow company communication procedures, policies, and service standards.
• Assist with office projects and additional customer-related duties as required.
• Actively support and demonstrate company values in daily activities.
• Ensure all activities comply with Quality & Food Safety requirements, protecting product safety, legality, authenticity, and quality.
