Job summary

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Administrator to join the team in Chirk. This part-time temporary position offers ongoing training and potential permanent opportunities, with weekly pay.

You will process orders and inquiries, coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners, and maintain records while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, supply chain, or office-based environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Experience in order processing or supply chain administration is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
• Professional and customer-focused approach to resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and invoices through the in-house system, ensuring pricing accuracy.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner.
• Liaise with manufacturing partners on orders, acknowledgements and requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier records and filing systems.
• Follow company procedures, policies and service standards.
• Assist with office projects and additional customer-related duties as required.
• Support and exemplify company values in daily activities.
• Ensure all activities comply with Quality & Food Safety requirements.
