Job summary

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Administrator in Chirk. This part-time role (22.5 hours/week) is paid at £14.88 per hour and is temporary with potential for permanent opportunities.

• Experience in administration, customer service, or office environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in order processing or supply chain administration is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and invoices through the company's in-house ordering system with accurate pricing and quantities.
• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email in a professional manner.
• Liaise with manufacturing partners for orders and acknowledgements.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and ensure follow‑through to completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier records and filing.
• Follow company procedures, policies and service standards.
• Assist with office projects and other customer-related duties as required.
• Demonstrate company values in daily activities and protect product safety and quality.
