Coventry Building Society Group is hiring for a part-time Customer Service role in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will engage with a diverse customer base, handle cash, and provide a friendly, efficient service while processing customer details accurately.

The role includes taking calls for our Customer Service area and supporting a wide range of banking needs. You’ll work Monday, Wednesday and Saturday shifts and benefit from annual leave, a discretionary bonus, pension contributions, and wellbeing

Formación

• Current experience in a customer focused role (e.g. retail, hospitality or call centre).
• Experience interacting directly with customers and providing a great service on a daily basis.
• Good attention to detail with experience of processing customer details or data accurately.
• Computer literate with the ability to navigate quickly and confidently around systems.
• Experience of cash handling would be helpful.
• Following policies and processes.
• Ability to deal with more challenging or sensitive customer situations.
