Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Part Time Customer Adviser to provide exceptional in-branch service. You will engage with customers daily, listen to their financial needs, and help them with transactions, savings accounts and appointments.

A 14‑hour week is offered, with a tailored 12‑week training program and ongoing development. The role emphasises people skills and teamwork within a community-focused mutual society, with a supportive environment and opportunities to grow your career

• Great with people and able to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open and set up tills at start of day and process customer transactions at the counter.
• Assist in opening savings accounts and handle cashing up and day-end procedures.
• Arrange customer appointments and provide excellent in-branch service.
• Greet customers and contribute to a welcoming branch atmosphere.
