Co-operative Bank plc is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant for the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch. You will help customers face-to-face and over the phone, handling cash with care and ensuring accurate data entry.

You’ll be part of a supportive team in a community-focused environment, contributing to a positive customer experience every day. The role is part-time with set shifts, and the team values service excellence, attentiveness to detail, and flexible collaboration to meet customer

Qualifications

• Current experience in a customer focused role (e.g. retail, hospitality or call centre).
• Experience of interacting directly with customers and providing a great service on a daily basis.
• Good attention to detail with experience of processing customer details or data accurately.
• Computer literate with the ability to navigate quickly and confidently around systems.

Responsabilités

• Dealing with cash transactions carefully and accurately.
• Taking telephone calls for the wider Customer Service area.
• Support a wide range of customers in a friendly, helpful environment.
• Stay up to date with services, products, policies and procedures.
