Job summary

Stockport Homes Group is looking for two Customer Service Officers to join our reception team in Stockport. The roles are permanent, part-time (18.5 hours mornings) and 18.5 hours Mon-Thu 10:00-14:30. You will be the friendly face, handle a range of enquiries and signpost customers to the right services.

No housing experience is required; we will provide full training. You can build a career across housing, repairs and digital services as you gain experience in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Able to stay positive and professional with diverse customers.
• Comfortable handling a busy frontline environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk enquiries in person.
• Provide information on housing, repairs, rehousing and homelessness services.
• Offer guidance and signposting to appropriate teams and services.
