Local Charity is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis for 4–6 months, part time (three days a week: Tue, Wed, Thu). The role focuses on assisting customers, answering queries, and maintaining records with a friendly and professional approach.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, empathetic demeanor to support service users and colleagues effectively.

• Resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks

We're looking for someone with previous customer service experience, strong communication skills and a positive, empathetic approach.

This is a part time role, three days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
