Job summary

Huntress is seeking a professional with strong communication skills to join their busy team on a temporary basis in Reading with hybrid working.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will respond to inbound inquiries by phone, resolve issues, and use internal systems to support customers while collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge. This is a 6-month assignment starting 19 October or 2 November, at £15.54 per hour, Monday to Friday 8:30–17:30.

Our client is seeking a professional individual with strong communication skills to come and join their busy team on a temporary basis. Within this role you will be resolving issues during the first interaction in a timely manner whilst providing high quality customer service.

Responsibilities include however are not limited to:

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone
• Resolve issues and provide effective solutions
• Use internal systems and knowledge to support customers
• Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment. Strong listening and communication skills along with a problem solving mindset is important and being comfortable working individually as well as in a team.

Role: Customer Service Advisor - Temporary position for 6 months

Location: Reading - hybrid working

Hourly Rate: £15.54 per hour

Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Start Date: 19th October or 2nd November

Duration: Temporary support for 6 months

Due to a structured training plan, we cannot consider anyone who has holidays in the first 4-6 weeks of this assignment.
