• Receive and process customer purchase orders within 24 hours and send confirmations.
• Provide timely responses to internal and external customer queries.
• Allocate stock to orders to support warehousing and distribution.
• Plan transportation to meet agreed delivery dates for customers.
• Produce and distribute invoices and handle sample requests.
• Cover holidays or busy periods as needed.
