Job summary

Just Recruitment Group is seeking a Part Time Customer Administrator on a permanent basis near Sudbury. The role allows flexible hours, with a preference for mornings, and requires covering holidays and busy periods.

The successful candidate will act as the primary contact between Sales, Production, Accounts, QC, Regulatory and Distribution teams, delivering excellent customer service and handling orders and invoices efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Shows initiative and problem-solving.
• Proficient with computer systems and keyboard skills.
• Able to prioritise and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders within 24 hours and issue confirmations.
• Handle invoice processing and ensure accurate pricing for new orders.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries promptly (order status, amendments, delays).
• Allocate stock to orders and coordinate with warehouse for dispatches.
• Plan transportation to meet delivery dates for customers.
• Learn and cover other logistics/purchasing roles as needed.
