Newcastle Building Society is looking for a part-time Customer Adviser to join our frontline team. You will deliver excellent face-to-face banking support, handle transactions, open savings accounts, and help customers with their financial goals.

The role requires excellent people skills and a customer-first mindset. The position runs Thursdays and Fridays, 14 hours per week, with a salary band of £25,469–£28,026 FTE (£10,187–£11,210 based on 14 hours per week).

• Greet customers, process transactions at the counter and assist with savings account openings.
• Open and close tills and cash handling to ensure day-end reconciliation.
• Set up appointments and provide a helpful, friendly customer experience daily.
