Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager to lead a Brow and Beauty Experts team at Boots Birmingham. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and manage daily operations at the counter.

The role requires 2–4 years in customer service in retail or hospitality, plus at least 6 months of management experience. You will coordinate events, manage stock, and uphold brand presentation and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of prior customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.
• Passion for sales and delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to drive service revenue.
• Personally connect with customers and achieve individual sales targets.
• Conduct daily team meetings and maintain open communication.
• Develop in-store events and partnerships to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Keep counter fully stocked and report stock concerns to Area Manager.
• Communicate between store managers and area managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee administrative tasks and monthly staff rotas.
• Maintain high hygiene and counter presentation standards.
