Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager for Boots Stockport in Greater Manchester. You will lead a Brow and Beauty Experts team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and manage services, inventory, and events to boost brand visibility.

The role requires 4+ years in customer service in retail/hospitality and at least 6 months of management experience, with flexible weekend availability. Training and staff development are integral to the position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service in retail or hospitality.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit sales goals and maintain high service standards.
• Provide waxing, tinting and tweezing services to drive repeat appointments.
• Personally connect with customers to achieve individual and counter targets.
• Conduct daily team meetings and promote open communication.
• Develop in-store events and collaborations to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Ensure the counter is fully stocked and report inventory concerns promptly.
• Serve as a communication bridge between store teams and area managers.
• Oversee administrative tasks, reporting, and staff scheduling.
