Job summary

The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is seeking a Concierge to join our team on a Part-Time basis (24 hours per week). You will be the friendly first touch for guests, assisting with luggage and offering tailored local recommendations to enhance their stay.

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for guests, greeting with a warm, authentic IHG welcome and assisting with luggage or additional requirements
• Recommending local food, drinks and entertainment and acting as a local guide for guests
• Collaborating closely with the reception team to ensure guests leave with a smile
• Carrying out valet parking duties with a full UK driving licence
