Job summary

NHS Buckley District Nursing Team is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse for a fixed-term 4 months to cover maternity leave, 24 hours per week, with a pro rata salary of £32,557–£39,631 per annum.

The successful candidate will be a registered nurse, committed to ongoing professional development, able to work autonomously within the district nursing team, and collaborate with partner agencies to deliver high-quality home care. Welsh or English language skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered.
• Post-registration study and training (e.g. POVA, Child Protection, Intermediate Life Support).
• Ability to document details clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in the community.
• Work as part of the district nursing team and with other agencies to provide clinically effective care.
• Welsh/English language skills are welcomed and may be beneficial.
