Qualifications

• Experience managing in a high-profile shopping centre environment.
• Strong retail background with understanding of retailers' challenges.
• Proven ability to manage CAPEX and service charge projects.
• Financial acumen with IT literacy and reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Advance asset management strategy and business objectives; deliver high onsite standards.
• Lead the Centre Management team and inspire performance.
• Collaborate with landlord's marketing consultant to deliver marketing strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers; benchmark performance and turnover.
• Conduct annual tenant surveys and stakeholder meetings; engage local groups.
• Drive income via commercialisation activities and optimise net operating car park income.
• Develop and refine business plans to secure outstanding long-term results.
• Annual business planning and quarterly performance reporting; monitor costs and efficiencies.
• Oversee contractor/supplier relationships; ensure Health & Safety and Environmental management.
