Job summary

Envision Intelligent Solutions, a Johnson Controls company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Operator for our Craigavon centre. The role covers busy periods in the in-house CCTV/Alarm Receiving Centre and is located at Silverwood Business Park, Craigavon.

You will handle CCTV/Alarm activations, answer intercoms and phone calls, follow company procedures, and support Supervisors. A proactive, calm, and communicative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• SIA CCTV license desirable but can be provided via in-house training.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay composed.
• IT literacy and proficiency with basic systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV/Alarm activations and respond, including escalation and reporting.
• Answer intercoms and inbound telephone calls professionally.
• Effectively use telephone systems and follow company policy and procedures.
• Support the Control Room Supervisors and cover in their absence when trained.
• Monitor activations for mobile patrols and dispatch teams accordingly.
• Report operational difficulties to the supervisor on duty.
