Job summary

Envision Intelligent Solutions, a Johnson Controls company, is seeking a Part-time Customer Support Operator to join our team. The role focuses on monitoring, interrogating and responding to CCTV/alarm activations with escalation and reporting.

Key duties include monitoring activations, supporting the Control Room Supervisors, handling incoming CCTV/Alarm events for mobile patrols, dispatching response teams, and producing clear letters and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centre, administration, CRM, or complaint-handling may be useful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV/Alarm activations and respond, including escalation and reporting.
• Support Control Room Supervisors and in their absence to take control of the operations (subject to training).
• Handle all incoming CCTV/Alarm activations for mobile patrol vehicles.
• Dispatch mobile response teams accordingly.
• Reporting any operational difficulties and problems to the supervisor on duty.
• The ability to prepare letters, reports and documents in an accurate and concise manner.
